CH I got a rainbow on my plate I got a rainbow on my plate I'm gonna cut it up, plate it up, chew it up, use it up A rainbow on my plate V1 Loading up my plate I need to mix up all the colours of the rainbow, The foods that make you grow and glow to run and play. Mixing up the vege you need a serve of something green and maybe yellow, Gotta have variety so change up what you eat every day CH V2 I keep my heart a pumpin’ when I eat a bit of red like tomato To help defend the body get some greens like broccoli To give us super vision on a mission eat some carrot or some pumpkin To keep my body new, eat purple/ blue - yeah! Blueberries! CH

V1 I was feeling hungry as I stood in the line Wasn’t sure what was healthy, couldn’t make up my mind But as I looked more closely it was much easier than it seemed. Three simple colours, red, then amber and green Ch Well there’s a red light telling us “Stop, think about it” an amber light saying “some is ok” the green light telling us “more that we choose them, we’re gonna live a healthy way” V2 So I am careful choosing, what to put inside of me Not too many red lights some amber lots of green If I want to be more healthy then the choice is up to me By following the colours, I can choose the best energy Ch Bridge: Oh for the healthy life Follow the colours on the traffic light Ch

CH You gotta eat close to nature,  that's what you've got to do Eat close to nature, minimally processed foods VI Milk from the cows Eggs from the hens Fish from the sea Vege from the garden Eat close to nature - ah-ha!  CH repeat V2 Grain from the Earth Fruit from the trees Meat from the land For you and Me Eat close to nature - ah-ha!
4.
CH You need the brain food and the muscle food and the bum food ‘cos a healthy plate is where it’s at! For brain energy to activate gravitate your plate to a carbohydrate For clever thinking and to help you run faster serve yourself some bread and pasta CH To help your body grow big and strong be seen with protein and you won’t be wrong to repair and restore from your head to your feet serve yourself dairy and meat Ch For a bottom to do what it’s supposed to do subscribe to fibre to go to the loo to sweep our gut and help us toot we need lots of veggies and fruit Balance them together don’t hesitate protein fibre, carbohydrate To build, repair, restore and for energy too. Don’t forget the sweeper to help you poo Don’t forget the sweeper to help you poo Don’t forget the sweeper to help you poo!!!!!! To have the brain food (we got the brain food) to have the muscle food (we got the muscle food) and the bum food (the bum food, the bum food, the bum food yeah!) ‘cos a healthy plate is where it’s ‘cos a healthy plate is where it’s ‘cos a healthy plate is where it’s at!

We were walking hungry down the street looking for good food for us to eat We asked a lady talking up ahead she turned to us and this is what she said; CH “The best food you can eat for energy (for you and me) is the closest thing to nature that it can be (doncha see) and remember the golden rule: ‘All food is fuel’. But I bought lots of snacks in pretty packets I ate the lot, my tummy made a racket I felt crazy, I ran and a ball but then I had no energy at all. CH My drinks are sweet and fizzy I’m feeling sick and dizzy I should some have had some water I know Although my chocolate bar is neat I can’t treat it as a treat and I’ll have a better energy flow We can all kinds of things lollies chips fried chicken wings we savour the flavour cause it tastes’ fine but we can’t eat this all the time we need lasting fuel to make us go it’s gotta be food that releases slow There’s no bad food make no mistake just remember to make a date with your cake! Now we’re eating lots of things you see that grow in the back garden and come from a tree My body lets me know when I feel low to eat good food so I can go and go! CH

V1. I was sitting at the table feeling very able when my mum put something down in front of me. It was green and kind of weird and everything I feared when she told me it was called ‘Broccoli’. She said “Son, don’t be serious, you shouldn’t be delirious cause facing something new is always strange. You can’t just try it one time, for this will never be fine cause it takes ten tastes for your tastes to change.” CH: It takes ten tastes to transform your tastes It takes ten tastes to transform your tastes Takes ten tastes to transform your tastes Takes ten tastes to transform your tastes V2. When my dad came up to me with something new for tea I took one look and had myself a little convulsion. I said to him “Look dude, I don’t mean to be rude, but this food can only be met with revulsion.” He said “Daughter, don’t be serious, you shouldn’t be delirious cause facing something new is always strange. You can’t just try it one time, for this will never be fine for it takes ten tastes for your tastes to change.” CH: Tried it once and then again Three and four will never be my friend five and six and seven, eight and nine and then at number ten it had it tasting oh so fine CH:
